The Standard Dog Mobile Grooming is a luxury mobile dog grooming salon, dedicated to providing top-notch grooming services for your dog. Dillon, the owner, operator and our expert groomer, is committed to pampering your canine and making them look and feel their best.
We strive to create a relaxing and stress-free environment for your pet, ensuring a comfortable grooming experience. Mobile is a great option for every dog and owner. Whether your dog needs a quieter or more calming environment, you need a more convenient option, or you don't want to deal with traffic; mobile works.
Dillon even offers just baths or nail trims if you're tight on time, in between grooms, or your dog has had too much fun outside!

Dillon is one of the Owners and the Operator of The Standard Dog Mobile (and shop in Greenville!) He has been grooming dogs for over 10 years. He started out working at PetSmart during college and got into grooming after graduating from UNC Wilmington. What began as a job quickly turned into a passion, and he’s been dedicated to improving his skills ever since. While mobile grooming with The Standard Dog, Dillon focuses on quality grooming and making sure every dog feels comfortable and cared for. His goal is always the same: happy dogs that look great. When he’s not at the shop, Dillon enjoys playing drums and making music, he was even in a band!
At home he has three pups, Freya, a rescue, Midna, a Standard Poodle, and Oso, a mini aussie!

What information do I need to book?
We require proof of rabies vaccination. If you let us know your availability, we can discuss how long the visit will be based off your location and haircut desired. We also want to know your dog's name, breed, and a picture of them.
What does a grooming service include?
Our grooming service is all-inclusive and includes a thorough double shampoo, drying, groom, nails, paw pads, and teeth to keep your dog clean and fresh. We use high-quality pet-friendly products for a safe and luxurious experience. No up-sells or add-ons, whatever your dog needs, they get each visit.
How often should I schedule?
Dillon is a professional and will talk to you about a good schedule for your dog's coat. We have clients on a 2,4,6, and 8 week schedule. We are more than happy to work with you!
What is your pricing?
Because all dogs are different, the price is based off your dog's coat, temperament, and the hair cut you'd like. Reach out to us at 910-408-2155 with pictures of your pooch and we will send a quote.
Do you have bath-only appointments?
Yes! Our bath appointments include nails and are great for in-between appointments and short haired breeds like labs, pits, or beagles.
What if my dog is anxious or fearful of grooming?
Mobile grooming is a one on one service, your dog will not be put in a crate, and it reduces the stress of grooming by providing a calm, low stimuli environment. Dillon is an experienced groomer with dogs of different grooming comfort levels. If you have specific concerns, let us know.
What size dogs do you take?
Mobile is able to accommodate most dogs, including over 100lbs.
